Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or specially ordered work boots
- Overshoes that show signs of wear
- Any safety gear that has been used or damaged
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special return requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include:
- Completed return form (will be provided)
- Original packing slip or order confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return processing
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective military boots, work shoes, or other products:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or return
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. returning tactical boots or work gear:
- All customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duty charges
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
