    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our military boots, safety toe footwear, and all work gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be new and unworn
    • Original packaging with all tags attached
    • Include original receipt/order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or specially ordered work boots
  • Overshoes showing signs of wear
  • Any safety gear that has been used or damaged
  • Met Guard boots/shoes with visible wear

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: preferred replacement details

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
