- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be new and unworn
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Include original receipt/order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or specially ordered work boots
- Overshoes showing signs of wear
- Any safety gear that has been used or damaged
- Met Guard boots/shoes with visible wear
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Reason for return
- For exchanges: preferred replacement details

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged tactical boots, defective work shoes, or other problematic items:

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. returning work gear or military boots:
- Mark customs forms as “Returned Goods” to avoid duty charges
